1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Annu Educational Trust platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original educational content (videos, PDFs, courses), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Annu Educational Trust and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.

You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Platform for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You are prohibited from downloading (unless explicitly permitted), modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, or licensing any information or content obtained from the Platform.

3. User Accounts and Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Purchases and Payments

If you wish to purchase any product, course, or service made available through the platform ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partner, Razorpay.

5. Code of Conduct

Students, parents, and educators are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment in all community areas, discussion forums, and live classes. Annu Educational Trust reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community guidelines, engage in harassment, or disrupt the learning environment.

6. Global Awards Program

The following terms apply specifically to participants in the AET Salem Global Awards program:

• Eligibility: Participation is limited to individuals or institutions meeting the specific eligibility criteria published for each award.
• Accurate Information: Participants must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Fraudulent submissions will result in immediate disqualification.
• Application and Deadlines: Applications must be submitted via the official platform before the published deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Documents and Intellectual Property: By uploading documents or photographs, you confirm you possess the necessary rights and permissions. You grant AET Salem a limited license to review these materials for evaluation and, if selected as a winner, to publish your name, likeness, and citation.
• Evaluation and Winner Selection: Applications are evaluated based on published criteria. All evaluation scores and proceedings are strictly confidential. Official results are determined solely by the organizing body, and these decisions are final and binding.
• Disqualification: AET Salem reserves the right to disqualify any applicant for plagiarism, false information, or prohibited conduct.
• Results and Changes: AET Salem may modify schedules or processes when reasonably necessary due to technical or administrative requirements. Results will be published on the official platform.
• Technical Issues: AET Salem is not liable for incomplete applications resulting from participant technical failures or connectivity issues.
