Due to the nature of digital educational content, all sales of downloadable PDFs, e-Books, and instant-access online courses are considered final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
However, for premium online courses, we offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the content. This guarantee applies only if less than 20% of the course content has been consumed and no certificate of completion has been issued.
Cancellations for live classes or workshops must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded but may be converted into platform credit at the discretion of the Trust administration.
Physical items purchased from our Marketplace can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
Refunds for physical items will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Donations made to Annu Educational Trust are generally non-refundable as they are utilized immediately for charitable and educational purposes. In the event of an accidental duplicate transaction, please contact us within 7 days, and we will process a refund for the duplicate amount.
